Low season: November through April (except holidays) - 2 night minimum

Sun-Thurs $175/night

Fri-Sat: $225/night

Mid season: May & June and September & October (except holidays) - 2 night minimum

Sun-Thurs $225/night

Fri-Sat: $275/night

High season:

Holidays (3 night minimum): Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, MLK, Jr weekend, President's Weekend, Memorial Day and Labor Day: $325/night

July through Labor Day (4 night minimum): $400/night

A 10% discount will apply for 7 consecutive nights or more

Security Deposit: $300 refundable security deposit

Cleaning Fee: $150 (for cleaning following your departure)

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to arrival date, a fee of $100 will be deducted and all remaining pre-paid rent, security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded.

• If cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, pre-paid rent is not refundable. Cleaning fee and security deposit will be fully refunded.
